Warm, colorful and full of French country charm, the Campagne Round Plate captures the distinctive character of traditional Quimper pottery.
Handcrafted and hand-painted by Henriot Quimper in Quimper, Brittany, France, this 10-inch plate features the cheerful colors and folk-art styling that make the Campagne collection so appealing. Its relaxed country character makes it a beautiful choice for everyday dining, entertaining, or display.
Quimper’s remarkable tradition of faience pottery dates back to 1690. For more than three centuries, generations of artisans have preserved the art of creating and decorating pottery by hand in Quimper, establishing a tradition recognized throughout the world for its distinctive Breton style and craftsmanship.
Each piece of Henriot Quimper faience is completely handmade and individually hand-painted by a skilled artist from start to finish. The artist signs the finished piece and marks it Henriot, helping authenticate its origin.
Because every plate is painted by hand, subtle variations in color, brushwork and decorative details are part of the beauty of authentic Quimper pottery. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Perfect on its own or paired with other pieces from the Campagne Collection, this 10-inch plate brings the warmth, color and enduring charm of Brittany to the table.
