We came across this wonderful video on YouTube by Chill Bill (not sure who he is) which takes you on a tour of The Faïenceries d'Art de Malicorne. The video presents a detail tour of their workshop and shows you how Malicorne pottery is made from start to finish. 

An amazing fact is that the clay must cure for 2 years before it can crafted. 

See the old kilns that were used over 250 years ago. Today modern kilns are used but other than that the process of making Malicorne pottery has not changed.
